At Aya’s Playhouse, we want your experience to be as joyful and seamless as possible, from your first click to the moment your little one unwraps their gift. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and returns.

Delivery Information
We offer fast and reliable delivery to make sure your toys and gifts arrive safely and on time! All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Standard Delivery (UK):

  • Free on orders over £50.
  • £5.99 for orders under £50.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days.

International Delivery:

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can track your order every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges so you can shop with confidence.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Please note that personalised items (e.g., engraved toys or gift cards) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return:

Email us at hello@ayasplayhouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We'll send you a return label with instructions.

Pack your items securely and send them back to us.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, simply return the original item and place a new order online. Our team is happy to help guide you through the process.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We want every toy and gift to reach you in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Gift Orders
Sending a gift? We’re happy to help! You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll include it in the package. If you'd like to send the gift directly to the recipient, we’ll make sure it’s beautifully packed.
