Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Please note that personalized items (e.g., engraved toys or gift cards) are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return:
Email us at hello@ayasplayhouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a return label with instructions.
Pack your items securely and send them back to us.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, simply return the original item and place a new order online. Our team is happy to help guide you through the process.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We want every toy and gift to reach you in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
